The community association Board of Governors consists of 4 officers, 10 members and the immediate past president.

Board Meetings
Meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. on the 1st Thursday of each month at the home of one of the Board members. Call a Board member if you would like to attend.
Outreach Meetings
Greater Timonium Community Council (GTCC) meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month from September until June. They meet at 7:00 p.m. at the Cockeysville Library Meeting Room.
Police Community Relations Council (PCRC) meets the 4th Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Bank of America Building, 11333 McCormick Road in Hunt Valley (the old MBNA building).
Association Annual Meeting
The annual Association meeting is held on September 16, 2008 at Pinewood Elementary School at 7:00 pm. All residents are invited to attend.
Association Dues
Our new year will be starting October 1, please consider supporting your community association by paying your dues of $20.00. You may pay it at the Annual Meeting, we will have a table were you can make your payment. If you are unable to make the Annual Meeting you may mail your payment to P.O. Box 434, Timonium, MD 21094, Attn: Treasurer. Checks can be made payable to PVVWCA.
