Governing By-Laws

The Purpose of this Association shall be to further the community interests of its members by representing the community as a single voice, by taking whatever action is deemed necessary to protect the property and general welfare of the community and by promoting community activities.

All the properties within Pine Valley and Valleywood are covered by covenants (building restrictions) which are an integral part of the property deed. The covenants run with and bind each property and all subsequent owners and occupants thereof. The covenants were designed and imposed by the builders of Pine Valley to ensure minimum standards to preserve the quality of the community.
